Order Processing and Fulfillment

  1. Custom Products: Each order is meticulously crafted as a 100% custom product. We create it specifically for you after you place the order.

  2. Print-On-Demand Labels: Our labels are print-on-demand, ensuring that they are fresh and accurate for every shipment.

  3. Freshly Roasted Coffee: Our coffee is batched and roasted to order every single day. This commitment to freshness ensures that you receive coffee at its peak flavor.

  4. Daily Order Processing: Orders in our queue are processed every business day to prepare for the following day’s shipments.

  5. Shipping Notification: As we process your order, you’ll see shipping details attached. These details indicate that your order is being prepared for the next day’s roast.

  6. Evening Label Printing: In the evening, we print labels for the upcoming day’s batches. Our roasters then get ready to create your coffee packages.

Shipping Process

  1. Morning Roasting and Packaging: The following morning, we kick off the roasting process and fill your packages with freshly roasted coffee.

  2. Carrier Pickup: At some point during the day, the trucks from USPS, UPS, and FedEx swing by to pick up our pallets of orders ready for shipment.

  3. Shipping Timing: If the pickup occurs at 10:00 a.m., the remaining orders filled that day will ship on the next business day.

  4. Unique Shipping Approach: Each order is unique, and we choose the best packaging and shipping method tailored to its specific requirements.

Shipping Times

  1. Order to Ship Time: Generally, our order processing takes 2-5 business days.

  2. Ship to Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping

Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping. Our focus is on quality and accuracy, rather than unrealistic delivery expectations.

Remember that the total time to delivery is influenced by both processing time and the day the order is placed. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Shipping Policy For Custom-Printed Mugs

Our average order fulfillment takes 2–5 business days for all production techniques.

We consider the current order volume and our fulfillment capacity when calculating our estimated fulfillment time. Similarly, we calculate estimated shipping time according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.

But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:

  • Issues with print files
  • Products being out of stock
  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions

Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order.
