Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final
No returns or exchanges will be accepted.  We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse.  We only offer replacements or refunds for items that are faulty or damaged, as each item is made to order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.  Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.  For the custom print mugs:  Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.  For claims:  Email us with the order number, attach a photo of the product itself as well as the packaging of which the product came in at info@cuppadose.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund/replacement request, and let you know if the refund/replacement was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  For replacements, we will expedite the order to get it shipped fast.
